I pride myself on being a dedicated paraplanner with a passion for helping advisers and clients navigate the complexities of financial planning. With over 16 years of financial services experience, I specialise in delivering detailed, tailored paraplanning support and producing clear, client‑focused suitability reports.
My career began in pensions, working across several specialist SIPP and SSAS providers before moving into an in‑house paraplanning role. These experiences gave me a deep understanding of technical planning, adviser needs and the importance of high‑quality, compliant advice documentation.
I established Pivotal Paraplanning to offer a more flexible and personalised service to a wider range of advisers and firms. I found that each adviser works differently and needs support that adapts to their style, processes and clients, something I could deliver far more effectively as an independent outsourced paraplanner. Running my own business also allows me to balance my work and life in a way that keeps me at my best for the advisers I support.
Over the years I have honed my skills in pension analysis, investment planning and producing comprehensive suitability reports. My commitment to accuracy, clarity and excellence drives me to stay up to date with industry developments, ensuring the advice you deliver to clients is always robust and well‑presented.
