FAQ’s

  • We are registered with the Information Commissioners Office and we take Data Protection very seriously.

  • We are not authorised or regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority. Your firm is responsible for any advice given to your clients.

  • We are happy to use your in-house templates or develop bespoke ones. We can also use report writing software such as Genovo.

  • We use a secure online portal called project.co to share documents. As part of the onboarding process you will be provided with your own private log-in. You can access the portal using the link at the top of our website called ‘Adviser Portal’.

  • This shall depend on what service is required. In order to write a suitability report we shall require a report instruction to be completed outlining the recommendation, risk profile, investment strategy etc. We are happy to provide a template report instruction.

  • We aim to be flexible and we shall discuss a deadline for each case. We pride ourselves on clear communication to ensure your client’s work is delivered in a timely manner.

  • We provide a bespoke service, whether you require a one-off report or you’d like to use us on an ongoing basis, we are happy to discuss how we can fit with your business.

  • We do not offer Defined Benefit pension scheme transfer reports. We are happy to direct you to professionals that can assist you.

  • At present, we do not charge VAT.
